Business Developer – B2B
Sangologroup is a fast-growing company with ambitions to become a worldwide leader in international trade and logistics. The enterprise focuses on food and non-food products including wheat, rice, salted fish, sunflower oil, and poultry feed. Moreover, we provide logistical support and arrange everything related to transport and import and export from the products.
Sangologroup’s head office is based in the Netherlands from which it coordinates its business in three continents; Asia, North-America, and Africa. We focus on B2B-trade and aim to connect farmers directly to resellers. Furthermore, we help farmers to improve their productivity by continuously investing in Research and Development to increase.
Tasks
As a Business developer at Sangologroup, you will be responsible for further developing the trade channels, strengthening the relations with potential customers, and growing sales. Moreover, you will actively research new potential markets and focus on understanding customer’s demands in these markets and translate these in new opportunities. You will report directly to the manager of the Sales department.
Requirements
⦁ Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree, preferably in Business, Economics or Finance;
⦁ 2-5 years of experience in an international Sales-related or Business Development function
⦁ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese ‘Mandarin’, and Russian. Dutch is a plus;
⦁ Excellent communicator and able to empathize and connect with (potential) customers;
⦁ Previous work experience in HR-tech, SAAS, or related branches is a huge plus.
